All orders are despatched from one of our warehouses in the United States.

Nutcare endeavours to ship all orders within 24 hours of order processed.

What is ProtectMyOrder?

ProtectMyOrder is a premium level of care we, Nutcare, provide to you if you have a problem with shipping. 

If you have a delivery issue, and you have purchased ProtectMyOrder, you get:
  1. Stolen package investigations
    • If a package is marked as delivered, but you haven't received it, then the package has usually been lost or stolen. The investigatory work required in these situations is extensive. Without ProtectMyOrder, we sadly do not have the capacity to investigate any further. We are very likely to deny the claim. However, if you purchase ProtectMyOrder, the chance of you receiving compensation is much greater. Some examples of the investigative work required:
      • Analyse at the courier tracking
      • Examine any photos left by the carrier
      • Corroborate these images with any publicly available information such as Google Street View or Google Maps
      • Contact (call or live chat) the courier to gather more information
      • File a claim with the carrier
      • Run a fraud check using both manual checks and fraud detection software
  2. Priority support. Any shipping issues you have will be prioritised by our customer service team. You will be dealt with with maximum urgency.
  3. Premium compensation. If your claim is approved, we promise to provide you a reshipment on the fastest available service. Or, we will offer you a full refund, whatever is easiest. 
  4. Shipping cost refunds. In the event of any issues with your delivery, such as delays, our ProtectMyOrder guarantee ensures that we will refund a portion of your shipping costs as a gesture of our sincere apologies
